Payroll (Range of Position):
1) Senior Assistant Executive | Assistant Executive: $2600 - $3,400 (Contract/Perm)
2) Executive: $3200 - $4000 (Contract/Perm)
3) Assistant Manager: $4,800 - $6,000 (Perm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Institutional HR for necessary instructions & documents required for payroll processing.
• Perform monthly payroll computation of various cost centers.
• To be involved in month-end closing and accounts reconciliation.
• Process employees' claims.
• Handle ad-hoc activities as and when requested.

• Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to Payroll, which include:
• Pre-Payroll activities including, input and update employee details and manage government claims.
• Payroll activities including, process payroll, process CPF, and manage payroll payments.
• Regular review on compliance to statutory requirements.

• Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to Payroll.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing and all payroll related activities.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day Payroll operations.

Working days and hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm
