Job description

Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

Office Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning site office environment.

Administrative Support: Handle correspondence, prepare documents, and manage filing systems to keep operations running smoothly.

HR Coordination: Assist with staff attendance tracking, training records, and liaison with HQ on HR matters.

Data Management: Update and maintain various databases and registers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Reporting: Compile and submit important reports to management and relevant authorities.

Meeting Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for the project team.

Supply Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies to ensure continuous workflow.

Financial Tasks: Manage site office petty cash and prepare claims for approval.

Team Support: Assist with logistics and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Who are they looking for?

Educational Background: Nitec in Administration or equivalent qualification to provide a solid foundation for the role.

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience to hit the ground running.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools to efficiently manage administrative tasks.
