Duration: Immediate – Sept 2025
Working Hours:
Mon – Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Fri: 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

Join a dynamic HR team and play a key role in supporting internal operations and document management. This contract position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, tech-savvy, and looking to gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the digitization of HR records and documents (includes sorting, scanning, e-filing, shredding, and occasional movement of files using a trolley)
• Ensure accurate filing and organization of confidential documents
• Assist with general HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed
