Assistant/Admin Executive (Operations)

About the role

Handle and manage administrative duties for the on-site cooking service to residents and staff in the Nursing Homes.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for sourcing of food ingredients and kitchen equipment/appliances and prepare purchase order.
  2. Ensure timely procurement of food ingredients and kitchen equipment/appliances in support of on-site cooking in the Nursing Home.
  3. Handle contracts and all aspects with vendor for food supplies and kitchen equipment/appliances (if any).
  4. Tracking and monitor delivery of supplies.
  5. Ensure the kitchen is well stocked.
  6. Monitor stock movement.
  7. Managing inventory.
  8. Handling daily phone calls/emails related to the on-site kitchen matters.
  9. Maintain fillings system and manage office supplies related to the on-site cooking.
  10. Able to provide simple reporting/provide information/data whenever required.
  11. Any other task required by the Manager/Management.

Requirements

  1. Degree or Diploma in business administration or related fields.
  2. At least 2 years’ experience in administration supporting Food & Beverage business related.
  3. Working experience in healthcare setting would be an advantage.
  4. Proficient in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  5. Good interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  6. Good command of English both verbal and written.
  7. Able to work independently and with a team.
  8. Meticulous in paperwork.
  9. Problem solver and pro-active.
