Job description
Job Title: Application Consultant
Department: Technology Delivery
Reporting To: Senior Application Consultant / Team Lead
Job Summary:
The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting . This includes requirement gathering, system setup, user training, UAT facilitation, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless client adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HRMS implementation, including configuration, UAT, and training.
- Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional system issues.
- Collaborate with development teams on customization and enhancements.
- Ensure on-time project delivery and proper documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and handover to the Customer Support team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computing, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HRMS/ERP implementation.
- Strong SQL and Microsoft technologies knowledge.
- Experience in full-cycle web application development.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with cloud-based HRMS solutions.
