Reporting To: Senior Application Consultant / Team Lead
Job Summary:
The Application Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting . This includes requirement gathering, system setup, user training, UAT facilitation, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure seamless client adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HRMS implementation, including configuration, UAT, and training.
Work with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
Troubleshoot technical and functional system issues.
Collaborate with development teams on customization and enhancements.
Ensure on-time project delivery and proper documentation.
Provide post-implementation support and handover to the Customer Support team.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computing, IT, or related field.
5+ years of experience in HRMS/ERP implementation.
Strong SQL and Microsoft technologies knowledge.
Experience in full-cycle web application development.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred:
Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
