Collaborate with key stakeholders and senior leaders to shape the company’s direction by formulating and driving business strategies.
Create short-term and long-term performance goals, aligning them with strategic objectives in close coordination with department heads.
Regularly assess and update the corporate strategy to stay in line with management expectations, industry trends, and changing needs.
Lead key strategy projects and orchestrate workstreams across the Corporate Strategy team; own overall efforts (i.e., full accountability of projects), including project plans, recommendations, impact, and syndication across all.
Develop an understanding of customers, competitors, partners, business models, market sizing, and industry trends.
Identify, negotiate, and implement strategic partnerships.
Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to identify, evaluate, and pursue partnership opportunities with key stakeholders including health and non-healthcare partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain relationships with all strategic partners.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Economics, or a related field. Qualification in healthcare-related fields is highly preferred.
Must have experience in developing and managing healthcare partnerships, including insurance contracts.
Minimum 20 years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or partnership management, including at least 15 years in a leadership or senior management role.
Proven track record of developing and executing corporate strategies and managing complex strategic initiatives across functional teams.
Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
