eCommerce Manager

Looking for eCommerce Manager, who will be responsible for setting up online commerce platforms for a FMCG Company based in Subang.

Your role is important in:

• Developing and implementing ecommerce strategies
• Managing and overseeing ecommerce operations, including website design and development, order fulfilment, and customer service
• Identifying areas of improvement and optimizing performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless ecommerce operations
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Developing and managing the ecommerce budget
• Overseeing the development and implementation of ecommerce marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertising
• Driving ecommerce sales and revenue growth through effective merchandising and product assortment strategies
• Managing relationships with ecommerce vendors and service providers

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant studies
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages for business needs
• Experience in setting up shops on e-commerce platforms
• Experience in export business is a bonus
