Job Description

  • Rewards Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across the region.
  • Compensation Management: Lead salary benchmarking, market analysis, and the design of competitive salary structures and bonus programs.
  • Benefits Optimization: Review, enhance, and implement benefits programs tailored to the diverse needs of employees across markets.
  • Recognition Programs: Design and promote recognition frameworks to drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to ensure reward practices are aligned with industry trends, legal requirements, and business priorities in each market.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure all reward programs adhere to regional laws and regulations while maintaining alignment with global standards.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with regional HR teams and business leaders to implement and communicate rewards initiatives effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in designing and leading total rewards strategies at a regional level.
  • Over 15 years of expertise in compensation frameworks, benefits optimization, and recognition programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Familiarity with market trends and regulatory requirements across Southeast Asia.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., GRP, CCP) is an added advantage.
