We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Management Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, love streamlining processes, and enjoy working cross-functionally, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the entire order management process from order entry through delivery, ensuring accuracy, on time delivery and efficiency.
  2. Ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately, resolving any issues related to pricing, shipment, or product availability.
  3. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer expectations and order fulfillment timelines.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, inventory, logistics, and finance, to ensure effective communication and operational efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain order management procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  6. Train team members on order management software and tools, ensuring familiarity and competency.
  7. Generate and analyze reports related to order volume, fulfillment rates, and team performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support throughout the order lifecycle.
  9. Communicate clearly with customers regarding order status, shipping information, and any potential delays.
  10. Supervise and mentor a team of order management members, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in order management or operations.
  3. Familiarity with SAP is a strong advantage.
  4. Proven leadership skills—able to delegate effectively, motivate team members, and handle team dynamics with professionalism.
