How do we do things at Capital One Canada? We listen — to our people, and to our customers. We change with the times and have adopted a hybrid model. A hybrid working model is one that creates the opportunity to match the work that we do to the environment that best supports that work. Associates working in the hybrid model are expected to come into the office 3 days a week across Tuesdays and Thursdays, reserving Mondays and Fridays as company-wide virtual days. A day in the life of a Capital One Marketing Research Intern.
As part of the Customer Strategic Insights team, you will work on getting to know our customers, and bringing your learnings to life. You will be responsible for designing, conducting, and sharing research - taking it from an idea to execution - in order to influence product marketing decisions.
You will work with research tools like surveys and interviews to gather data, use spreadsheets to analyze and organize it, and slides to present it. Working on the Customer Lifecycle team, you’ll have an opportunity to learn from other specializations like data analysts, process managers, and business analysts.

Marketing Research Intern
Capital One is seeking a Marketing Research Intern to join our Customer Strategic Insights team. In this role you will have the opportunity to unearth consumer insights that inform product and marketing strategies for the company. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in marketing research, coupled with experience in collecting, analyzing, and/or reporting on customer data.
