Job summary
A leading hotel chain in Mississauga is looking for a part-time Overnight Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours. The role involves performing guest check-in and check-out, completing nightly audits, and maintaining knowledge of hotel services. The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is necessary for this fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-focused service environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with financial tasks.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all times.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
- Complete all nightly audit functions and reconcile room charges.
