A leading tech company is seeking a Senior Manager of Demand Generation to be the strategic architect behind the pipeline growth. This role will oversee the optimization of a multi-channel demand engine, ensuring alignment with Sales goals. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in B2B demand generation within a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary range is CAD 100,000–150,000 annually, plus bonuses. This position offers flexibility for remote work across Canada and the US.
Athennian increases trust in business. Our products help legal, finance, and tax teams be transaction and audit-ready by organizing business entity and corporate structure information. Over a million business entities in almost every country are managed on Athennian to automate workflows for ownership, company secretarial, governance, tax, and compliance.
As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you are the strategic architect and primary driver of Athennian’s pipeline. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will convert our GTM strategy into a high-performing engine that balances immediate lead flow with long-term brand authority. This is a role for a senior practitioner who views demand generation holistically — someone who can bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic growth. You will oversee and optimize the entire demand mix, including providing strategic direction for paid media, search and social. You are expected to be a "player-coach" who can operate independently, identify new growth levers, and deliver consistent pipeline contributions as our GTM motions evolve.
Salary: $100,000–$150,000 CAD per year + bonus. Salary range will be adjusted accordingly for U.S.-based applicants.
We have embraced a distributed model of working to reach the best talent in the world. While some roles may require proximity to our Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver offices, roles based outside our office locations can be remote in Canada and the US. Please only apply if you are able to live and work full-time in the US and Canada.
