As a Sr Talent Sourcer, You WillFocus on developing forward-thinking sourcing strategies that proactively identify, engage, and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates. Your efforts will ensure Starbucks is positioned to meet hiring demands efficiently while creating pathways for long-term talent management and development.
Key Responsibilities- Build Robust Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain scalable talent pools for current and future hiring needs, ensuring seamless access to qualified candidates for leadership and niche roles.
- Accelerate Hiring Processes: Optimize sourcing workflows to reduce time-to-fill while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and experience.
- Support Talent Management: Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent sourcing with workforce planning and succession needs.
- Champion DEI: Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in all sourcing practices, building pipelines that reflect the diverse communities we serve.
- Market Insights & Trends: Stay ahead of talent market trends, providing data-driven insights to inform hiring forecasts, talent strategies, and workforce planning.
- Leverage Tools & Tech: Use AI platforms, CRM systems, and other technologies to automate sourcing, improve engagement, and track pipeline metrics.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with VPs, HR partners, and hiring managers to forecast talent needs and develop innovative sourcing strategies.

We’d Love To Hear From People With- Proven Expertise: 5+ years in talent acquisition with 3+ years of senior-level recruitment experience, including building and maintaining talent pipelines.
- Pipeline Builder: Experience in designing scalable talent strategies to fuel hiring for leadership and hard-to-fill roles.
- Strategic Advisor: Ability to partner with senior leaders to forecast talent needs and shape proactive sourcing strategies.
- DEI Advocate: Demonstrated success in building inclusive talent pools and championing equitable hiring practices.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proficient in leveraging analytics, market trends, and recruitment technology to inform strategies and measure outcomes.
