The Solution Architect guides and owns the delivery of ServiceNow implementations by providing mentorship and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting. Find solutions to business problems, ensuring that the new solutions fit into the existing enterprise architecture from the technical, business, user, and other views. Describes solution in a language that is understandable to all and facilitates communication (bridging the gap) between process owners and the C-Suite.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
