Job summary
Une société de recrutement est à la recherche d'un recruteur pour gérer l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement pour plusieurs postes. Le candidat idéal doit être bilingue français et anglais et posséder au moins 2 ans d'expérience en recrutement à haut volume. Les responsabilités incluent la collaboration avec les gestionnaires d'embauche et l'attraction de candidats via divers canaux. La fourchette de rémunération est de 55,859 $ à 67,859 $ par an.
Qualifications
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience récente en recrutement en agence, à haut volume et en cycle complet.
- Capacité à gérer des relations avec clients, candidats et partenaires RH.
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
Responsibilities
- Gestion complète du cycle de recrutement pour divers postes.
- Identification et présélection des candidats via les sites d’emploi.
- Collaboration avec les gestionnaires d’embauche pour comprendre les exigences des postes.
