Kelly Services is currently seeking a Part-Time Temporary Payroll Assistant to support our client located in Saskatoon, SK 3 days per week for a duration of 1–3 months , with the potential for permanent conversion for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with end-to-end payroll processing using ADP (or similar systems)

Support scheduling tasks and manage employee time data

Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy and efficiency

Track expenses, ROEs, and respond to payroll-related inquiries

Provide backup and support to the current payroll team during peak periods

Qualifications :

Previous experience in payroll, scheduling, and data entry

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with ADP is a strong asset; familiarity with similar systems acceptable

Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with excellent communication skills
