3-Month Contract Transportation Coordinator (Customs)
Job summary
A leading staffing agency in Calgary is seeking a Transportation Coordinator for a 3-month contract to support cross-border transportation operations. The ideal candidate will manage customs clearance, reconcile documentation, and support dispatch functions as needed. This role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience and familiarity with ACE/ACI processes. Competitive pay at $23/hour offered, with opportunities for contract extension based on business needs.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, track, and reconcile Proof of Delivery (POD) for shipments.
- Manage customs and broker clearance requirements for the fleet.
- Create and transmit ACE/ACI entries using Border Connect.
