Story Behind the Need
Business group: Data Quality
Enhancing and supporting data quality solutions including data quality issue management.
Transformation initiatives related to data quality on-premises and build-on cloud solutions.
Creating and supporting data quality dashboards in Power BI.
Managing stakeholders across multiple business lines and managing projects end to end, including inception, requirements gathering, design, implementation, and change management.
Initiative: DRAP – Onboard and provide support to Tier 1 business processes ensuring compliance for data governance, which includes reporting and effectively managing their data quality issues. This includes onboarding, providing training, supporting complex business issues, and leading working group meetings with stakeholders across the enterprise.

A university degree in Mathematics, Business, Engineering, Management, or relevant field.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have experience in data management, specializing in data quality, and possess a background in Power BI. The manager will review candidates with previous roles as Data Quality Managers or related positions. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, great communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders. They should be proactive, willing to ask questions, and eager to learn new things.
