Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Toronto, Canada Onsite

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
2. Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large databases.
3. Hands-on experience with Data Governance frameworks, data quality rules, and metadata management.
4. Banking industry experience is a must – understanding of financial products, compliance standards (e.g., Basel, BCBS 239), and regulatory reporting.
5. Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization software is a plus.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication skills for delivering insights to non-technical stakeholders.
