Senior Mineral Land Data Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides mineral land support to Contracts Analysts and Land Negotiators.
• Crown Land Sales – co-ordinate posting lands with Negotiator and completing sales when required.
• Prepares and submits caveats, withdrawals, discharges and transfers of caveats to land titles office and advises partner and freehold owners.
• Maintains mineral lease records in CS land system ensuring documents are correctly filed and pertinent information is located in files.
• Understanding and working knowledge of Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia Crown regulations, as well as Freehold and Fee title administration.

Successful candidates will have:

• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of oil and gas land administration experience.
• Graduate of a recognized Land program is preferred or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• CAPLA Member (Canadian Association of Petroleum Land Administration).
• Experience with Accumap, ETS / ISC, SPIN / IRIS.
