Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Beyond cleanliness, you’ll provide an experience. Consistently offer professional, warm, and engaging service, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the housekeeping department runs seamlessly.
• Handle guest concerns swiftly and professionally, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Assist in creating efficient departmental schedules that promote team well-being.
• Actively participate in daily briefings and departmental meetings.
• Ensure the team is always prepared and aware of the day’s priorities.
• Enforce and uphold the hotel’s policies and procedures for cleanliness and safety.
• Identify and report any maintenance needs to the Engineering department.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a housekeeping supervisor at a five-star hotel.
• Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
• A sharp eye for detail.
• Be comfortable with rotational shifts.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
