FB Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Supervisor to join our team at SO/ Uptown Dubai. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, delivering exceptional service to our guests while leading and motivating your team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain service excellence.
• Monitor and maintain quality portion control and presentation standards for all food and beverage items.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B areas.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to meet budgetary targets.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest experience.
• Assist in developing and implementing new F&B concepts and promotions.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures and accurate POS system entries.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the F&B department.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in Food and Beverage supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proven experience in cash handling and proficiency in POS systems.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage operations and customer service standards in hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to make effective decisions and work under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 20 lbs when necessary.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Post Secondary Degree in Hospitality or Food and Beverage Management is an asset.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates.
