AHS, a respected real estate company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Villa Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As the Villa Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our luxury villas. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for luxury villas
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
• Identify and troubleshoot maintenance issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Manage a team of maintenance staff, including training and performance management
• Oversee equipment and inventory management, ensuring availability and proper maintenance
• Maintain records and documentation related to maintenance activities
• Collaborate with other departments and suppliers / specialist to ensure seamless operations
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a luxury villa or hospitality setting
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair work
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends, as required
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
