Food & Beverage Supervisor

As our Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with the sophistication of our newly refurbished venues. You will support the F&B team with passion and professionalism, ensuring smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction. This dynamic role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards and quality.
2. Assisting in team supervision, training, and mentoring to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
3. Supporting the F&B Manager in achieving financial targets, minimising waste, and optimising resources.
4. Collaborating with the culinary and events teams to create memorable dining experiences.
5. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B operations.
6. Monitoring and responding to guest feedback to continuously improve service and experience.
7. Assisting in stock control and inventory management to ensure efficient operations.
8. Leading by example in delivering outstanding customer service and promoting a positive team culture.
9. Supporting promotional campaigns and special events to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
10. Conducting regular team briefings to ensure alignment and excellence in service delivery.
