1. Sales Leadership & Business Development
- Lead and manage a team of hunters focused on acquiring new telecom clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
- Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and oversee deal closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
2. Team Management & Performance Optimization
- Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the team.
- Monitor team performance using KPIs and take proactive measures to improve outcomes.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipeline, challenges, and success strategies.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement and achievement.
- Ensure proper use of CRM tools for lead tracking and sales forecasting.
- Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to management on market dynamics, pricing, and service improvements.
- Identify potential strategic partnerships and new revenue streams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the telecom sector.
- Proven track record in hunting sales, acquiring new customers, and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
- Expertise in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
