JOB PURPOSE:
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of services on a day-to-day basis. This includes planning and allocating staff, vehicles, and equipment, issuing work instructions, and monitoring service delivery to meet specifications. The role involves overseeing compliance with safety and operational procedures, managing frontline staff performance, and addressing any service-related issues or complaints. The Supervisor also contributes to the development of safe working practices, conducts site visits, and assists with accident investigations and insurance claims. The goal is to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety, compliance, and staff welfare.

Assist with accident and incident investigations, including taking remedial actions and processing insurance claims.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:
Minimum Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in management or a related field preferred.
Minimum Experience:Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a service or operational environment. Demonstrated experience managing staff and resources effectively. Experience in conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Job Specific: Proficiency in planning and allocating resources, including staff and equipment, for effective service delivery. Ability to issue clear work instructions and manage changes to service routes. Knowledge of safe systems of work, risk assessments, and method statement development. Skills in monitoring service delivery and ensuring compliance with specifications and procedures. Experience in conducting site visits to resolve complaints and address concerns. Competence in managing frontline staff performance, welfare, and disciplinary actions. Ability to oversee overtime arrangements and assist with accident investigations and insurance claims.
