Human Resources Manager (Business Setup)
Our client is a premier corporate service provider based in Dubai, offering a wide range of business solutions to clients across industries, including multinational corporations, startups, and entrepreneurs. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Manager to join their team and oversee all aspects of human resources management in their Dubai office.
Role Overview:
The HR Manager will play a critical role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. This individual will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, supporting employee development, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws. The role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business goals and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent for various roles within the organization, and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. Foster a positive work environment and address issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance management process, including setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees at all levels.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills, promote leadership development, and support career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure that all HR policies and practices are in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, and update policies as needed to reflect best practices.
- Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular HR reports to senior management on key metrics, trends, and initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (CIPD or equivalent) is a plus.
- Proven HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a corporate services or professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
