Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans, and negotiating contracts. Daily tasks include market research, preparing business proposals, attending networking events, and regularly monitoring industry trends to ensure our company stays competitive.

Qualifications

1. Strong skills in business development, relationship management, and strategic planning
2. Experience in market research, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to analyze industry trends and apply insights to business strategies
5. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
6. Proven track record in the education or technology sector is advantageous
7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a must
8. Willingness to travel within the region as required
