Business Manager to COO & HR Ops Management Trainee

Job Overview:

As a Business Manager to COO & HR Ops Trainee, you will provide critical operational support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) while also assisting the Human Resources team, with a strong focus on HR operations.

This trainee position is designed for individuals eager to develop a well-rounded understanding of both business management and HR operations. You will gain hands-on experience in supporting key operational processes, contribute to the execution of strategic business objectives, and be exposed to a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support COO in Business Operations: Assist in the daily management and oversight of business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the COO and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve company objectives.
3. HR Operational Support: Assist with HR operations tasks, including employee data management, HR system updates, and maintaining accurate records.
4. Alignment of Business & HR Objectives: Coordinate between the HR team and other departments to ensure alignment between HR activities and broader business goals.

• Eagerness to learn about business operations, HR functions, and organizational management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with an aptitude for collaborating effectively within a team.
• High attention to detail, with strong time management and the ability to resolve issues proactively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
• Understanding of the crypto industry and centralized exchanges is a strong advantage.
