Ernst & Young's Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice offers companies professional transaction experience. We help clients determine the right deal to do, and then assist them in doing the deal right.

Within TAS, our Valuation group helps clients understand the value of their business, their securities, intellectual property, capital equipment, real estate, intangibles, and other assets. We currently have a career opportunity for a Valuation Associate Director.

1. Serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams, coordinating valuation engagements for the purpose of management planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, and corporate strategy.
2. Identify issues and propose strategies related to the procedures executed.
3. Develop new and creative analyses to prove key assertions across multiple workstreams.
4. Assume a leadership role in report generation and work closely with the Business modelling team.
5. Present findings to the client via reports and presentations.
6. Maintain and develop positive, productive, and professional relationships with client personnel.
7. Demonstrate teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, mentor others, and stay abreast of current business and economic developments relevant to the client's business.
