Key Qualifications:

• Minimum: Grade 12 with Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy) and English.
• Advantageous: Relevant experience in a similar environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
• Clear security screening record.
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Responsibilities:

• Complete all modules of the development program within the specified timeframe.
• Adhere to all safety, legal, and company policies.
• Participate in risk assessments and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) meetings.
• Regularly report on developmental progress.
