• Salary: Basic: $3,500- $5,000 + Commission + Performance Bonus
• Work location: Bartley
• Working days & hours: 6 days Mon-Sat (Morning Shift: 6am-2pm | Evening Shift: 2pm-10pm)

Job Scope:

• Lead and coach high-energy group training sessions following BFT (Body Fit Training) protocols.
• Provide individualized coaching and modifications to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
• Assist with membership retention by building strong relationships with members.
• Contribute to the overall positive and community-focused atmosphere of the gym.
• Lead in ongoing professional development and training of other trainers.
• Assist in maintaining gym cleanliness and organization.
• Achievement of Studio level KPIs including membership growth and retention.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a commercial gym in a senior role.
• Certified Personal Trainer / Accredited coaching certifications like ACE, NSCA, NCSF, NASM or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience in group fitness coaching, functional training, strength and conditioning, or HIIT is preferred.
• Familiar with BFT (Body Fit Training) training methods and programs.
