Sales Manager

Job Description:

1. Direct and oversee the organization's sales, driving objectives and initiatives.
2. Develop and implement strategies and programs to capture key customers.
3. Maintain and develop a good relationship with customers and handle customer complaints and enquiries.
4. Improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
5. Monitor market trends, competition activities, achieve sale targets and company goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Preferably with 2 years of related sales experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. Possess a good track record in meeting sales targets and objectives.
3. Performance-driven and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and initiative.
4. Teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
5. Possess a Class 3 driving license with own car.
