Preparation, revision, and sending of marine service quotations to clients, and confirming sales orders.
Assist with company marketing efforts to email potential clients.
Sourcing and purchasing of vessels’ supplies and services, including preparation of relevant purchase orders and job orders to ensure proper service supply for vessels.
Monitor vessels’ movements, liaise and coordinate with the operation team, suppliers, masters, and ship agents to ensure that supplies and services are delivered on board timely.
Produce daily reports.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the operation manager.
Assist the manager in coordination of sales and operation in the following scopes:
Lifeboat, rescue boat, life raft, davit, and release gear inspection and servicing operation.
Fire-Fighting Equipment, CO2 System, EEBD, SCBA, LSA servicing operation.
Ability to multitask, a team player, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
