Job Description
We are seeking a Business Immigration Analyst/Consultant (Vietnam Immigration) to join our team for a 12 month contract assignment. The successful individual will play a key role within the APAC Coordination Centre (APCC) team. The Business Immigration Analyst/Consultant (Vietnam Immigration) is one of the most important supporting roles on the team, providing support across our client base and our existing Vietnam team.
The position is one of the main caseworkers on the team, working closely with other senior members across teams. You are vital to the relationship with the Client, acting as a quality control checkpoint before applications are filed by our in-country Third Party Vendor (TPV). In that respect, you will be required to translate documents before they are sent over to the client for final review (from Vietnamese to English and vice versa). You are required to understand the Client and its objectives/goals in the country. This role partners with the Managers to ensure best practices across the larger team and with TPV staff.
You are required to provide a high level of strategic compliance services to the firm’s corporate client base liaising with external TPVs and working closely with each APCC Vietnam team member. You will be responsible for the co-ordination of different parts of the Vietnam work permit and visa processes and formulation of advice for a variety of Fragomen clients.
Throughout the management and co-ordination of Vietnam visa processing, you will maintain communication and relationships with key Vietnam TPV contacts and our APCC Vietnam team members, to ensure quality control across all application types prior to filing. You will foster and maintain strong relationships with relevant TPVs in Vietnam ensuring effective flow of communication and where necessary making sure the vendors provide the quality of service delivery expected by Fragomen and the client. You will also liaise closely with third party vendors to monitor any changes to Vietnam legislation or processes that may impact current or future applications to the countries covered by the team.
