- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or digital content creation.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong content creation skills, including video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Proficiency in using Canva, CapCut, and other content creation tools.
- Good understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Experience in managing Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to churn marketing data reports for bi-weekly company reviews.
- Ability to work independently while being a team player.

Content Creation & Social Media Management
- Develop, manage, and execute short-form video content and graphic posts for TikTok, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence.
- Stay updated on social media trends and viral content to enhance brand visibility.
- Utilize design and video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, or other relevant platforms to produce high-quality content.
Community Engagement & Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, addressing feedback, and encouraging brand loyalty.
KOL & Influencer Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
- Negotiate and facilitate partnerships with relevant creators to expand audience reach.
Marketing & Digital Advertising
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with the company’s branding and sales goals.
- Create promotional materials and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital ad platforms to drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze campaign performance, social media metrics, and customer engagement to optimize content strategy.
- Generate and present bi-weekly marketing data reports for company review and strategy adjustments.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Event & Retail Support
- Assist in organizing and executing pop-up events, collaborations, and retail activations to enhance brand presence.
- Support offline marketing efforts, including promotional materials and in-store campaigns.
Ad Hoc Marketing Duties
- Assist with general marketing initiatives, partnerships, and other tasks as required.
