Job description

About the company:

The company is an international clothing retailer that excels in designing durable apparel. Their simple, basics-inspired clothing consistently thrives through various trend cycles and seasons.


Job responsibilities:

  1. Develops the channel strategy for owned and paid channels including creation and alignment of channel KPIs with local stakeholders and global headquarters.
  2. Lead the digital marketing team with oversight across all paid and owned digital channels including display, social media, performance marketing, affiliate marketing.
  3. Develops digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads and increase sales.
  4. Work closely with the E-Commerce department to grow the digital business strategically.
  5. Support the planning and executing all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  6. Collaborate closely with global digital marketing team (GHQ) to localize digital marketing initiatives.
  7. Provide campaign performance analysis and recommendations to optimize ROAS and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Develop and optimize cost and budget of online marketing strategies.
  9. Analyze marketing data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  10. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  11. Stay up to date with industry best practices and upskill knowledge and capabilities of the team.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any related field (Marketing Preferred).
  2. Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal).
  3. At least 8 years of working experience in the related field.
  4. Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads, Search Console, and any other related platform.
  5. Proficiency in paid advertising to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversions while optimizing ad spend.
  6. Experience in managing and creating website and app content.
  7. Possess strong analytical skills and able to leverage data, and metrics to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
  8. Ability to communicate digital marketing concepts, strategy, goals, and KPI achievements.
  9. Ability to display a growth mindset to drive demand generation in digital platforms.
  10. Experience in measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
  11. Experience in people and stakeholder management to drive business results.
  12. Self-driven and able to drive fresh initiatives to meet business needs.
