TE Connectivity's Environmental Health & Safety Teams ensure and monitor safety in the workplace. This includes the application and communication of health, safety and hazardous material standards, procedures and practices consistent with TE, environmental and government regulations.

1. For DDN worldwide, in charge of health & safety part for all facilities of DDN. Also in charge of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) of DDN.
2. Drive health & safety KPI results based on DDN EHS strategy and target.
3. Review and update DDN rules regularly. Follow up moving of TE Corporate and IS Seg health & safety rules & standards, timely communicate with DDN EHS network. Be an expert for the rules and standards to explain in detail when needed by DDN colleagues.
4. Find improvement opportunities for health & safety, launch programs/projects and follow up effective execution of the programs/projects.
5. Liaison with EHS assurance team of IS Seg & TE Corporate, prepare schedule of SAFE audit. Follow up actions against all findings of the audit to ensure on time closure and effectiveness of the actions.
6. EHS AI opportunities finding and initiate EHS AI projects.
7. In charge of DDN BCP (Business Continuity Plan) management. Ensure BCP of each legal entity is available and fitting for all kinds of business disruptions.
8. Collect, share and promote best practices of health & safety within DDN.
9. Back up Velocity management for DDN.
10. Other relevant jobs instructed by line manager.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in electric/electronic/mechanical/chemical engineering.

Work Experience: At least 15 years of work experience in Health & Safety, with 10 years in a managerial position for a region, and 3 years of global experience.

Knowledge/Skill level:

• Risk assessment for electronic/mechanical industries.
• EHS Audit skill for different countries.
• Certified safety professionals like CSE.
• Environment & Sustainability knowledge & work experience is a plus.

Language Level: Fluency in English is required; ability to speak another language (e.g., Chinese) is a plus.
