Job Openings: GG12 Level Senior Staff Engineer Process in Plasma Etch

Candidate's profile:

1. University education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Chemistry, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or Process Engineering.
2. At least 10 years of process engineering experience in a wafer fab environment.
3. At least 5 years of plasma etch experience with a team leadership role in wafer fab.
4. Experience in plasma etch in wafer fab will be considered for a more senior position.

1. Leading Plasma Etch process team.
2. Production line sustaining (lot disposition, process control, line issue troubleshooting, process release).
3. Improvement projects (process margin, Cpk, yield improvement, cost reduction, capacity improvement).
4. Technology/process transfer.
5. New tool startup.
6. Knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, and Design Of Experiment.
7. Working experience with LAM/AMAT etch tools, ashers, and metrology equipment (CDSEM, Optiprobe).

Prefer candidates from semiconductor industries other than Penang and Kedah state, as the HM has checked with those potential candidates. Candidates willing to relocate to Kulim or move back to the northern region are encouraged to apply.
