Job summary
A technology services company in Malaysia is seeking an Associate Technical Engineer to assist in the setup and support of EUC software, including Active Directory and Office 365. Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in technical roles with EUC software.
- Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and configuring EUC software at client sites.
- Provide support during project rollouts for EUC software.
- Troubleshoot basic software issues and escalate as needed.
