SAP HR Analyst AMS
Responsibilities:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM PO) is required. Expert level of proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management is recommended. Expert proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance, SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP PP (Production Planning), and SAP ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming) is suggested.
SAP Experience:
· Must have experience in SI and/or AMS project in SAP HCM. Experience in S4 HANA is required.
· Good knowledge in SAP HCM configuration (inclusive Payroll) with good analytical skills.
· Must have at least 4-7 years of work experience and 3-4 years of SAP experience.
· Having cross integration knowledge is an added advantage.
Others:
· Flexible and able to travel to Client's location (within or outside Malaysia)
· Able to work and influence stakeholders to ensure proper resolutions to incident tickets/enhancements.
· Ability to generate improvement ideas to business process and procedures and solutions.
· Could be required to work on more than 1 project/task in parallel, and has the ability to prioritize and deliver successfully.
· Certified in SAP HCM will be an added advantage.
· Having ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
