THE POSITION: Account Manager
Are you a results-oriented, communication whiz with a passion for building relationships and growing revenue? We're searching for a driven Account Manager to join our team and play a key role in achieving explosive GMV growth across FunNow and Niceday platforms. You'll be the primary point of contact for hundreds of merchants, proactively engaging them to unlock better deals, optimize partnerships, and ensure their success on our platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive GMV Growth: Analyze merchant data, identify opportunities for increased sales, and collaborate with merchants to tailor deals and packages that boost their business and our GMV.
- Merchant Engagement & Relationship Building: Proactively communicate with merchants, building strong relationships and trust. Keep them informed of platform updates, offer support, and address any concerns.
- Operation Efficiency: Handle merchant operational needs effectively, including contract adjustments, ownership changes, address updates, and contact window modifications. Resolve all issues within two days.
- Client Service Partnership: Collaborate with Client Service team to seamlessly address merchant inquiries and challenges, aiming for one-day resolution on average.
- Marketing Event Participation: Actively engage in marketing initiatives. Drive strong merchant participation in FunNow marketing initiatives and promotional events. Achieve target participation numbers.
- Onboarding & Training: Ensure smooth onboarding for new merchants, guiding them through the platform and processes within 14 days. Secure a steady influx of new merchants each month.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 1+ years of experience in an Account Management or similar role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth within B2B or B2C environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly and fostering lasting relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, finding win-win solutions for merchants and the company.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively, meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.
- Passion for the industry and a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms.

- Experience working with merchants in F&B or hospitality industry.
- Multilingual skills, particularly with relevant languages for our target markets.
- A proactive and creative approach to exceeding goals and building partnerships.
