Programme Overview:
This is an overseas study and business immersion programme designed for business school participants, primarily targeting entrepreneurs from China expanding into international markets. The programme combines academic learning with high-level corporate visits, and maintains rigorous standards in both academic and business engagement.
Programme Destinations:
Mainly based in Singapore, with potential programmes across Southeast Asia including Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. International destinations may include the US (Silicon Valley), the UK (London), and Japan (Tokyo), depending on educational resources and programme positioning.
Job Responsibilities:1. Localisation & Product Insight
Leverage the company’s existing educational resources to understand and localise high-end educational travel and study tour products, especially those focused on Singapore and Southeast Asia. Conduct market research and in-depth user analysis in Malaysia to refine products that match client needs and local context.
2. Programme Planning & Budgeting
Independently design customised study tour itineraries. Manage budgets and costings for each programme to ensure content is relevant for target audiences, while integrating local cultural elements and company resources.
3. Content & Marketing Support
Coordinate with internal content and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of quality marketing materials for social media platforms. Align all promotional content with the brand tone to attract the right audience and build brand affinity in Malaysia.
4. Project Execution & Issue Management
Oversee the quality of internal and external project delivery teams. Proactively manage any issues arising during programme execution and provide timely solutions.
5. Partnership Development & Client Communication
Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, host organisations, and other stakeholders. Support supplier development and negotiate partnership terms for long-term cooperation.
6. Data-Driven Optimisation
Collect and analyse core project metrics such as lead generation, conversion, user satisfaction, and retention. Use data insights to optimise programme offerings and improve overall user experience.
Job Requirements:1. Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Background in tourism, international education, marketing, or business preferred. Experience in study abroad or educational travel is a strong plus.
2. Tools & Tech
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), with bonus points for familiarity with AI tools to enhance work efficiency and productivity.

Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, with a clear and logical approach to conveying needs. Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results.
