About the Job

1. Lead the overall planning, design, and implementation of construction and property development activities from pre-development to post-development stages, ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and time standards.
2. Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and recommend strategies for optimal project outcomes.
3. Manage, monitor, and control project progress to ensure smooth execution and timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.
4. Attend site meetings and maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, suppliers, and government authorities, to address project requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
5. Oversee the development of mockups, fit-out works, and related construction activities to meet sales launch deadlines.
6. Implement quality control and inspection processes throughout the project cycle, including final inspections, handovers, and defect rectification during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
7. Prepare regular project status reports, highlighting key milestones, risks, and mitigation strategies.
8. Maintain effective documentation and records related to project progress, including daily work logs, labor, machinery usage, and site conditions.

Skills and Experience Required

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
2. Strong foundation in civil engineering with at least 5 years of consultancy experience.
3. Over 15 years of experience in project management.
4. In-depth knowledge of local authority submission processes and planning and development guidelines.
