Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Brand & Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence across digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company's brand identity, values, and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Campaign Management & Promotions:

  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, using KPIs and data analytics to optimize performance.

Digital Marketing & Social Media:

  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Oversee email marketing, paid ads, SEO, and website content to drive customer engagement and online reservations.
  • Partner with influencers, food bloggers, and media to increase brand visibility.

Public Relations & Partnerships:

  • Build relationships with media outlets, food critics, influencers, and industry partners to generate positive PR coverage.
  • Plan and execute events, sponsorships, and community engagement programs.
  • Work with delivery platforms to optimize online ordering promotions.

Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs:

  • Enhance the customer experience through loyalty programs, feedback management, and personalized marketing.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with operations, culinary, and management teams to align marketing with restaurant goals.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and graphic designers for marketing assets.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team if applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding.
  • Experience in content creation, influencer collaborations, and PR strategies.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and Asian cuisine is a plus!

Location: Seri Kembangan

Remuneration: MYR 8,000 - MYR 10,000
