Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans aimed at achieving business growth objectives, particularly for OTC products within the Pharmacy and Healthcare Professional (HCP) channels.
Lead the coordination and execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand activations designed to enhance consumer awareness and drive engagement.
Support the planning and execution of events, roadshows, and congress activations, ensuring the brand’s visibility and recognition among healthcare professionals and consumers.
Regularly prepare and update brand performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with designers and social media agencies to ensure seamless execution of social media content, posts, and online activities in line with brand objectives.
Assist the Brand Manager in executing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring timely implementation and delivery of agreed-upon strategies.
Work closely with design and production teams to create impactful promotional materials, including brochures, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and in-store displays that align with brand standards.
Contribute to market research efforts, tracking trends, competitor activities, and shifts in consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth and enhancement.
Collect and analyze feedback from marketing initiatives and customer interactions to continuously refine strategies and improve future campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, or a related field.
Experience in managing OTC products is required.
Min. 2 years of experience in brand marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Experience working with doctors, dermatologists, and pharmacists to drive prescription-based recommendations will be an added advantage.
Strong desire to learn and grow in brand marketing.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
