Buyer

1. Generate a PO in the system based on the PR released by the material control department. Once approved, send it to the supplier, follow up on the delivery schedule responses from the supplier's platform, and adjust the delivery date by pulling in or pushing out based on production and customer needs, ensuring that materials arrive on time to meet production and customer demands.

2. Collaborate with the material control department to manage incoming materials, aiming to reduce the company's inventory pressure and capital occupancy.

3. Collaborate on the introduction of new projects by providing SPOT BUY quotes and procuring the required materials based on the material shortages calculated by the material control department, ensuring the smooth production process for the new project.

4. Collaborate on the cancellation of excess materials in transit and manage inventory affected by customer design changes, order reductions, and project EOL (End of Life) to minimize losses for both the customer and the company.

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years of material procurement experience in a manufacturing company.

2. Strong communication skills and negotiation experience.

3. Proficient in the SAP system's procurement module processes and functionality.

4. Skilled in using standard Office software.
