Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive and effective advertising and promotion strategies that align with the predefined marketing objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, target audience’s preferences, and potential opportunities.
- Manage marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, external advertising agencies, graphic designers, and/or copywriters to ensure all point-of-sales materials meet the objectives and are completed and delivered timely.
- Oversee the production of advertising collateral, inclusive of but not limited to print materials, digital assets, visual merchandising elements, and promotional merchandise, ensuring consistency and accuracy in corporate communication and brand identity.
- Plan and implement various marketing tools and channels, such as print, digital, affiliate marketing, and events, in targeting and engaging target audience and potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct post-campaign evaluations, and provide data-driven recommendations for future promotional activities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, and retail operations teams, ensuring achievement of company goals, mission, and vision profitably.
- Maintain vigilance over legal and regulatory requirements related to all marketing and/or advertising and promotion approaches, ensuring full compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years working experience in Advertising and Promotion or equivalent, preferably with retail chain store experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and vendors.
- Creative and capable of developing innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
- Proficiency in English and Malay language; Chinese literate would be an added advantage.
- Must possess own transport and be willing to travel when deemed necessary.
