An insurtech, product distribution partner, with 30+ years’ experience in ancillary product solutions, upsell and cross-sell realization, fast-track go-to-market distribution and award-winning claims and MI management. They are looking to leverage their capacity and expertise in the UK to distribute across Europe. Initial target markets would be brokers & insurers based in either France, Germany, or the Netherlands.

As Sales Director, you will spearhead the company’s European expansion, leveraging your expertise to establish strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth. The role comes with the freedom to shape and execute market strategies while introducing innovative insurance solutions that meet regional needs. Initial focus on ancillary products that complement personal lines insurance in the Motor, Bike, and Household sectors.

• Proven track record in driving sales and forging partnerships within the insurance, broking, or insurtech sectors.
• Deep understanding of European personal lines markets, with the ability to navigate diverse regulatory and cultural landscapes.
• A strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
• Fluent in German or French.
