A leading supplier of high-quality textiles to the hospitality industry is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative.
We have a reputation for excellence and reliability; we serve hotels, resorts, and other hospitality businesses, ensuring they have the best textiles to enhance guest experiences. This role is essential in driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and maintaining our position as a trusted supplier in the hospitality sector.
This role is a remote, home-based position.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Outreach:
- Make outbound calls to properties in the hospitality sector (70% to known properties, 30% to new prospects).
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers, presenting tailored solutions for their textile needs.
- Generate new business opportunities.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Administrative Excellence:
- Keep CRM and systems updated with accurate client information, pipeline activities, and order requests.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Commercial Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to drive commercial success.
- Process-Driven Approach:
- Follow established sales and administrative processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities to management.
Requirements
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in sales or commercial customer-facing roles.
- Previous experience selling textiles to the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the textiles and hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport.
- Self-starter with a proactive and commercial mindset.
- Process-driven with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
