Your Role

Ensuring Everything Flows & Thrives

This is not a standard operations role. It’s a foundation-building, system-optimizing, future-defining role. You’ll somehow be my right arm.

Structuring & Administrative Management

• Managing relationships with key institutions – URSSAF, taxes, CIPAV, banks, retirement agencies.
• Liaison with accountants, lawyers, and legal advisors.
• Drafting & handling contracts, invoices, NDAs, agreements.

Digital Coordination & Tool Management

• Google Workspace Suite (mandatory) – Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet.
• Managing vital third-party tools – Banks, URSSAF, tax services, financial dashboards.
• Automation & Optimization – Finding inefficiencies and transforming them into strengths.

International Communication & Coordination

• Fluent English is a MUST.
• You’ll coordinate directly with international partners, vendors, and regulatory structures.

Problem-Solving & Autonomy

You don’t just report issues—you bring solutions. Your job is to ensure nothing is blocked.
